When it comes to selecting our weekly destinations and outdoor adventures we do our homework. Sure we have fun but we take our fun very seriously. Each week our host, Wende Meister, will visit an exciting location around the country she knows will be of great interest to her listeners.

We aren't talking Disney World or Busch Garden either. Instead, we will visit places like upstate NY's Finger Lakes Region to take in the fantastic wine vineyards, or head to the Pocono Mountains for the spectacular fall foliage colors. We also mean business when it comes to outdoor adventures, we'll visit places like the Snake River and 'Hells Canyon Resort' which is within minutes from some of the best steelhead fishing and river rafting in the lower 48 states. We'll scout out fun places and cool guests with seasonal excitement in mind, like snowboarding and skiing in paradise on Buttermilk Mountain at the 'Inn at Aspen' which is known as the hub for the ESPN 2008 X Games. You'll learn about great Golf Getaways and retreats that only the locals know about. We will find the best kept secrets and let listeners in on them.
